Links that open Galaxy at the right place

Change any box and the links change with it. Nothing is sent to Galaxy until someone clicks a link.

2. Import a workflow and open its run form The workflow's TRS address (from the GTN, WorkflowHub or Dockstore)

Students must log in before they click. Galaxy sends a student who is logged out to its login page, and forgets the workflow.

A plain link cannot carry the file's address. Run this once in a terminal to store a "landing request" on the server. It prints an ID: share /tool_landings/ID?public=true on that server. Landing requests cannot be deleted.

One we made on 15 October 2026, for the file above: import mutant_R1.fastq into usegalaxy.eu. A student who is logged out logs in first, then comes back to the import.
